Neither of this is good or bad, but as a business owner it is important to be aware of some of the subtle differences between the two genders when they’re stressed out. Research shows that about 8 in 10 U.S. employees are stressed out about their jobs, so how can you give your staff the tools they need to help them get rid of stress?
